they really are helpful, i used to scooter here and they’d let me leave my personal scooter inside, they’ve had no problem helping me personally find a strain that helps for my chronic pain and for a dispensary less than a mile away they have so many options for wax and flower i’m always seeing something new i just wish they sold evermore products, a nice employee told me to contact corporate to see if they could work with evermore and i definitely will, – have been going here for a year now
Kudos to Rise Silver Spring, especially to Izzy, who expertly helped me solve a self-inflicted problem with my medical cannabis order today. I’d accidentally sent my multi-item pick-up order to Rise Bethesda, and because I didn’t have my device with me, we had to recreate my order at a lobby kiosk. Izzy walked me through it all with patience, grace, and charm. This is not uncommon when shopping at Rise, but Izzy’s skill and manner make him truly outstanding. Give this man a raise!
Non-intimidating, friendly staff. Easy buying process- you can either order online and select a pick up window or they have screens to order in person. I recommend ordering online. I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes even if there is a line (when I order online). They typically have plenty of staff manning the registers. OH! And they give you points (for money off) when you create a profile and order online. And they always have some sort of special going on each week. Check them out!
