My dad and I were pretty pissed off when we got in because the employee at the counter refused to help us because we didn’t have an online order. She told me dad she wasn’t going to take his order and directed him to the kiosk. He’s older and is computer adverse. Also, we both wanted recommendations from the employees. Strains are always coming and going. It’s hard to keep up. Just as I was about to argue with the employee, Erica (I think was her name) came up and decided to help me. I was thankful, but still pretty annoyed. She recommended a new product that was cleaner. I hadn’t heard about it and I was very excited about. Exactly why I wanted a person and not a stupid computer. The store wasn’t even busy so I’m still stumped as to why the first employee turned us away. As Erica was helping, Bee came over to further assist and gave me a great product with some tips. Bee was very helpful, kind, and all around wonderful. She is the reason for 4 stars instead of 1 which I was going to give because of the refusal to help us. Please don’t make me and my dad use the kiosks.
My first visit at rise was excellent! I was welcomed by a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable girl named Kate. Erica was my bud-tender. She was great too! Just like Kate, fast efficient service. It was a great experience! I will return and recommend to my friends. Thank you.
This place is awesome! I recently went to RISE for the first time and Kari and Tyler were soooo helpful! They made sure I had everything I needed and that I got the best bang for my buck! Will definitely be returning!
So I have been coming In There for only a few months and I love the atmosphere and products and prices but your workers Tina & Chad were absolutely the best!!! But I can tell you that Bee is absolutely your best!!!! She has a Great personality she is friendly and very very knowledgeable. me and my wife both patron this business and always get good service from Bee.
This store is awesome, the staff is super nice. Especially Bee, her personality and happiness makes you appreciate this store even more! Plus all products are great!
