For our first purchase, we found what we wanted to try online and picked it up the following morning. The gentleman at the front was welcoming and patient as it was my first time picking up (my wife normally buys for us). Meggy was quick to call me over when I got to the front of the queue. She explained the whole process of payment clearly and with a sunny demeanor. We will definitely be returning not just for the selections available, but for the great service I received!
Absolutely love the selection. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been here multiple times never an issue. Prices are what they are and you can pre-order for pickup or delivery. I have not used the delivery option yet. They seem to have sales on different items frequently.
Todd and Tim were amazing!! I also wanted to let them know that my ashtray made it home safe and sound. It even wore it’s seatbelt for precautionary measures! 🙂 I love Rise and all the employees have been awesome!
RISE in Clifton Park is a great shop! If the owners have the wherewithal, the should take DNA from Trev and clone him at least 10 times! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, personable, with a great sense of humor. His customer service skills are A+++.
