Had a great first experience and had to share! Sam was very helpful! She saw I was having issues with the kiosk and quickly got me to a different one and educated me in their product offerings (so overwhelming cause they have so many different products to choose from) and helped me pick some new things to try. This level of service will definitely have me coming back!
Greg was super helpful. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish along with the restrictions I had and helped me find exactly what was needed. He also took the time to explain the differneces between rosin, resin, and distillate. Customer service is definitely a priority there.
Amazing experience! From first walking in and meeting with Ceasia to checking out with Bri, I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience! They helped me find the best fit product for what I was looking for and the facility is very high tech and organized. Highly recommend
Everything about my experience has been top notch! The customer service was above and beyond from helping me to find the right product for my hand arthritis, to the right flower for day time and night time activity to wishing me a happy birthday and off topic things like sneakers we were wearing it was like old friends who just met! Everyone was super helpful and cooler than a polar bears toenails, this has been my only dispensary experience and I don’t feel the need to go anywhere else, this is my official spot now.
