I always go into rise quite often, and everyone is usually very pleasant and eager to help. I did though want to let you know that one particular employee went above and beyond what was even expected of her her name is Laure. I think her last name is Black mirror. She explained certain things to me when I didn’t even ask she knew what I wanted and how I wanted it
That’s very important In my eyes anyway, to read the client or the customer and what their needs are and they know that they’re heard.
