The online ordering experience was quick and easy. I was given a clear description of the total and the terms of sale before I placed the order.
When I arrived today, in response to the text that I received saying that my order was ready, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who explained the Rise check-in process to me, because this was my first time in the store. After showing him my driver’s license, I walked in through one door, walked up to a cashier who promptly retrieved my order and accepted my cash payment. The whole process was seamless.
Very great experience, Claire was amazing! Very sweet and smiling, even showed us what our flower looked like through the bottom of the jar before we bought it, that was a first! Very impressed!!
Lupe from the Lorain store, Manuel Lakewood (I hope I spelled correctly, and Katie Lakewood store.. Thank you. From start to finish all 3 are a credit to this company. Lakewood store got me in to contact with Lupe from the Lorain store(where my issue actually occurred) who went above and beyond to get the situation corrected and did so with empathy, kindness, and understanding. Even through an actual 57 minute phone call listening and acknowledging my concern and anger and frustration and took action. Making a very bad situation right. Thank you so much Lupe, and Katie for being an asset and credit to the company you represent!
