I had an amazing experience with Jesse and Jared. This initially started as a nightmare. There was an issue with the product, these men made me feel at ease and they were solutions based. Great job gentlemen! Thanks for taking care of me !
The ambiance, customer service, and staff are all top-notch, especially Mickey, who was incredibly polite, sweet, and knowledgeable. The store offers a wide variety of products to choose from, making it a great place to shop. However, I would suggest refreshing the flower selection, as some items don’t seem worth the price in my opinion.
I came to the Paterson location and was helped by Justin!! He was amazing. Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. My order got messed up a few times and he was there every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful. Thank you for everything, Justin! I will definitely be back (:
Mike J is hands down the best doorman! He’s always super personable, friendly, and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. No matter what kind of day I’m having, he never fails to put a smile on my face. Definitely makes the dispensary experience even better whenever I see Mike at the door!
