My parents went into the store with a problem with one of the products. I’m writing this review for them (they aren’t tech savvy)
They worked with a wonderful person named Megan. Megan was able to address the issues they had flawlessly. She helped them understand the product they were purchasing, provided alternative options, and answered every question they had (which I’m sure my father had many). They cannot stop talking about how great Megan was in working with them and informing them in detail on their purchase. To quote my father, “This experience was EXACTLY what customer service should be”
