First time coming to this location since I normally go to the other Joliet location. Happy to say I will now be coming to this one instead since it’s not only closer but also because they have an amazing staff! Rich was a super friendly guy and super helpful!

Setting up a renewal as a caregiver for my dad’s medical card today with Brittany and Daniella and they were very helpful. They walked me through what to do and what to expect. Liz took my call before I came in and she was also very friendly and thorough making sure I brought everything. The location is clean, easy to order at and everyone was pleasant.
