Been shopping here for sometime now and want to shout out Conner, I’m not sure he’s someone who ever rung me up before today, but he’s the general manager at this place and really knows what he’s doing. There was a situation when shopping I had faced here previously that had me hesitant to return, but he addressed it maturely and addressed any concerns I had in a genuine way. He acknowledged where my concerns came from. I can definitely say that Conner’s focus was to make my experience shopping at this location as enjoyable as it can be and prioritize me as a person and not just a paying customer. I’m appreciative of how he approached my concerns. I would recommend asking for him when you shop here!
You will be amazed with the customer service at this company they are the best at pick up , phone service ect… And the representative that help me was Riga and she called and was great how it all was fixed.
They are deleting reviews. Was in on Thursday (3/13) and waited in line behind 4 people for the staff to serve their friend who came in after me first. Was hoping for a reply given this is the closest dispensary to my apartment. Seems to be a great dispensary if you are a tourist or a friend of the budtenders.
My experience once inside was good after the ID check (my friends ID gave some issues since we r not from CO). The ramp wasn’t the easiest for me to get up in my wheelchair without help, and the doorway was a bit on the narrow side. Other then the few issues, I love the three products that I bought.
