I never ever leave bad reviews unless it is completely necessary. I just had gotten out of surgery earlier and went immediately to their shop because I got online and saw that they sold a certain brand of Rozen. When I got to my bud tender, he was super nice, and actually had a conversation with me about this brand of Rosin and how it came with a tool. And I know for a fact, every single box from that brand comes with a tool you can see that it says that on their website from the brand. I called back just to talk to them about it and see if there’s anything they could do possibly just give me one that had fallen out of a box previously or something other than just telling me there is nothing that they could do and saying that they don’t all come with a tool. Once again, I am from out of town so it’s not like I have all of my smoke stuff on me at all times. The whole reason I got that was because it came with a tool and the lady on the phone was super rude. I am super disappointed because I actually really looked forward to coming into your guises store again. I spent almost $100 today and there and I’m regretting the whole experience.
Brandon is awesome. I’ve had some weird interactions with some of the staff here at Rocky Road (condescending, annoyed by questions) but Brandon was the exact opposite. Brandon was super kind, helpful, and welcoming. Brandon made me feel like a wanted customer for the first time since I start coming here.
Other staff have been helpful, and I don’t want to give them an unfair review, but Brandon genuinely made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was shopping.
You should have Brandon train the two or three team members that need an attitude adjustment. Seriously great guy, and I will keep coming back if only for the chance to have Brandon help me again.

Went in this morning pretty close to open and was helped by a very friendly staff. Got a pretty good deal on some flower and am happy with the quality of the bud, especially since it was popcorn. Definitely would recommend it!

I’ve been going here consistently for 2 months now and have not been disappointed with the flower a single time! The Select Buds oz is probably one of, if not, the best oz deal in Aurora! Their select is every other dispo’s premium.
Over all, the shop is amazing. Love the product, love the feel and vibe. But… in contrast to the rest of the amazing staff, budtender “Bree” or “Brie” (as she told me to spell it right…) is and was just rude. Very condescending… and matter of fact like. I have seen her like to others and even other staff. Maybe an attitude correction would help, but I had to make a review.
Heather at Rocky Road in Aurora is hands-down the best budtender I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome with her friendly and down-to-earth vibe. She actually listens to what you want and takes the time to figure out what’s going to be the best fit for you.
Her knowledge is insane—she knows her stuff when it comes to strains, edibles, and pretty much anything else you can think of. What really sets her apart is how easy she is to talk to. She breaks everything down in a way that makes sense, without making you feel dumb for asking questions.
Honestly, Heather is the reason I’ll keep going back to Rocky Road. She knows her products inside and out and genuinely cares about making sure you walk out happy. If you’re in Aurora and need some solid recommendations, go see Heather. You won’t regret it.
