I haven’t been here in a couple of years and thought I’d drop by because a really good friend recommended it!! I grow my own but in between a for few days!! I don’t want to spend crazy amounts so I asked about the shake. It’s in bags and has the numbers on the outside! I’m okay with this as I infuse it with wax. I got to my car and looked (couldn’t look inside) and they were all stems and water leaves! One smelled like hay!! It’s shake.. I asked if maybe she could trade for another. That was the wrong thing to ask!! Come on I know shake is $50 a lb!! You just lost a customer and several others as we travel in groups!! i was told I opened it so she can’t do anything? (I was told I could smell or open inside) I don’t get that rationale!!! Really?? I was a grower and owned a dispensary so I know prices!! I was treated terribly and treated poorly because I bought shake?? Wow!! I’ll spend my money elsewhere and let my people know not to go here and waste money on flower that smells like mold and hay!! That’s not good customer service AT ALL!! I hope patients are treated better than I was treated tonight at this dispensary!!
