These guys rule! Everything made easy. Always with a smile on their faces. They take the time to get to know you, and ask about you. They’ll remember you, and your usual order, and we always recommending products that we might like and are usually spot on. Every single team member is kind and personable. Would give 10 if I could. Delivery is amazing! They even will dig through inventory to find your order!
Seb is super knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Prices are high but the ambiance and selection makes up for it. Great location is the cherry on top. Stop by for your next pick up!
Honestly one of the worst dispensaries & experiences i’ve ever had with a business & ordering online. I do not recommend as they will make you wait all day, & the drivers are terrible with poor customer service & made my partner uncomfortable at the door with how they spoke to her on multiple occasions. Moving forward we will never be ordering from them again & I recommend using any other service if you want to be on weight as the last bag look tampered with & resealed in some way like they took some out to put into another bag to make more profit because the quantity is much lower then it should be just drying the bag in my opinion. If you want delivery to you in a timely manner, & to get what you actually are trying to buy, I wouldn’t use these guys & we never will be again with this most recent sub zero service they provided to me & my partner & were very disrespectful to her & I when we called. 1/5 stars would be generous this business is a sham & if you want true Canadian customer service; don’t shop here.
