The Experience was outstanding. I was purchasing a a product I have never tried before. John was very knowledgeable, and very polite. He took the time to explain what I needed to know. Overall very very excellent customer service. I will go back to same location again and again and I will tell my friends and hopefully they well also tell their friends.

I went in on 12-06-2024 and had ordered online 6 1 (g) joints. When I arrived to get them, they hadn’t packed my order and supposedly had already sold out of the kind I wanted, so asked if I’d wanna replace the kind. (Annoying, but whatever) I agreed, and the girl went to go grab 6 new (less potent) joints. Well upon getting home I realized she only but 3 of the 6 joints in the bag. So I called down, mind you we live 2 hours away from this location and are not in Billings all the time. When we called, the girl had remembered exactly who we were and the manager credited back 20$ to my account, okay awesome. Follow up to today 1-17-2025 we go in to replace the 3 joints, and when I get to the register the girl explains I owe her $4 because I still have to pay tax. When I had already paid tax once, and at this point had NO cash on me (didn’t plan to spend more since I already had points) well I wasn’t going to use their ATM and get a 4$ bank fee to pay $4 in taxes that I have ALREADY PAID, and somehow and paying more for a mistake that wasn’t mine? So upset and disappointed honestly. I had the picture of the receipt, I have the physical receipt and everything. Just beyond upset.
As a first timer there, looking for something to help me manage my migraines, David was more than willing to help WHILE training the new staff members. He explained things to me clearly to where I understood well, and help me find what I wanted immediately. Definitely coming back so massive thanks to David and to the new staff! Y’all are great!
I was there right when they opened and my bud tender Shaun was great. He advised me towards the best choice for me, and then he made sure I was able to see how good my product was. I’ve been to other places and the don’t give you attention like Shaun did. He made sure I saw what I got and asked if it was alright. Great great service. Thanks Shaun.
