Any hour is a Happy Hour in Seed & Stone. I have literally saved 1000’s of $$$ in the last five years purchasing from Seed & Stone stores without compromising on the variety and experience. If you are a cannabis user in and around Coquitlam and Lougheed, this should be a regular must visit store.
