First time going there today. I didn’t really had a good experience went there today, and the girl staff gave attitude knowing that I’m a new member I asked a question do you have any freebies? She act like she doesn’t know what I’m talking about I say stickers or you know anything she goes “it’s right there”it was just pure attitude and her tone… great sales but your customer stuff needs work. Be kind be nice! Remove the tip I don’t tip attitude !
I also ask her which one of the items are on sale. I told her I was just visually impaired and then she point it out to me that rude! she didn’t even really tell me what effects properly like she was in a rushes meanwhile I was the only one there! yeah she has no expertise nor respect and she doesn’t know how to treat customers properly! I’m unsure if I’ll ever go back because of this matter.
These guys know their products and are always willing to help with suggestions. Don’t ever hesitate to give these guys your business, they are wonderful and pleasant to deal with- especially as a high functioning autistic individual with special needs. Thanks guys.
I am sorry to leave this negative review because the dispensary as a whole has earned a 5 star review. However, your most recent hire has lost you a loyal customer. I have had two disappointing, disrespectful, and ego driven interactions with her. If the cultural shift of this dispensary is to drive business away then you are right on track.
I will be emailing management to go further into detail and present a case to release this ungrateful employee. This review will be removed after confirmation of her termination.

Hands down our favourite dispensary in downtown toronto! We tried it because it’s conveniently close to where we live but I honestly will not go anywhere else since trying it over a year ago! I love popping in with requests for recommendations because everything they recommend knocks it out of the park! From loose flower, to pre-rolls and edibles, everything I’ve ever tried has exceeded our expectations. Absolutely love this place! 10/10, would recommend!
