I’ve been a client here for a very long time. I’ve spent at least over $3,000 in the last year and a half. Before I leave this review I want to clarify that most of the staff here is kind and helpful. Courteous and rational. The manager as well, Matt. He’s great.

However today I had the most unusual and negative experience. The store opens at 9AM as per the posted hours on Google and, their website. I am parked outside of the store I wasn’t sure if it was open because it’s 9AM and the open sign is not on. I then call to make sure before I walk up to the door. The woman that answered the call said yes we open at 9AM. So I walk up to the door and it’s not open. I then call again because well it’s 9:01AM the door isn’t opened and you’ve stated that you ARE open. I then lightly knock on the door and a very aggressive female (She is black, short curly hair) named Britney opens the door and she seemed very upset that I was waiting at the door and called to make sure that they are ope.

Being a courteous and polite person I told that I will wait if she needs time to set up. She then starts screaming like a ghetto hood rat that no “I’ve told you we’re open so can you tell me what you want”.

At that point I felt very uncomfortable. Because Britney, it’s not my fault that you aren’t prepared to do your job on time. It’s not my fault that you have no customer service skills and start screaming at clients when they haven’t done anything wrong.

I then said that I was feeling attacked because of the irate and aggressive manner she was screaming at the top of her lungs “I’m so glad there are cameras here”.

I understand that this is Rexdale, but Britney there’s no reason for you to behave like a ghetto hood rat.

This message is to Matt, the manager. You are wonderful and professional and you have a great staff. You do not want someone like Britney degrading and washing away all your hard work. Such an aggressive individual such as Britney should not be working a customer facing role. Please check the cameras and take a look at her behaviour and what she said.

First time going & it was a great experience. The store is very well organized & clean , nothing else to say , the service was far & beyond great especially from Paulina, well knowledged & knows how to make it fun & a great person overall. Extremely recommended. 10/10…
