After emailing Benjamin and getting his reply, I would lower to a zero star if Google had that ability. The issue is that once upon a time I used to come in Mondays for edibles at a 10% discount. The last time I visited the shop the store manager refused me the discount on the drinks even though in the past they had. I told him in the past drinks were part of the deal, and since I drove all the way, if he could honor it one last time. He would not do it one last time. So I left and gave a one star review. I have not been back since. Then when I emailed Benjamin, all he said was “sorry and I hope that you come back.” Well I am not coming back because you don’t value my time. “Sorry” doesn’t fix everything. Time is money. You should have offered me something small and menial, to show that you do respect my time and the fact that I drove all the way over for a regular deal that I had been suddenly denied.
Great selection, worker named Matt helped me out with great customer service, definitely recommend coming here!
helpful staff but 95% of the carts have a horrible “fruit” flavour and it’s very hard to tell which ones don’t.
New location, I saw opening up and last week I had the opportunity to stop by as I noticed an open sign finally. Due to covid it was only curb site. They came right to door and gave me some recommendations. In & out I really appreciated how much effort the guy put in to earn my business.
Edit: I have coming to this location since they opened. Highly lack with the variety, management never seems to acquire new products. Always the same old stuff. While other stores are acquiring new exciting product. On top of that the pricing compared to other stores is subpar. With so much competition, they can be doing a much better job.
Price matching?? You do not price match with one plants member price.. what a joke..
