I’m a big fan of a lot of the staff here, but specifically Andrew is amazing. Every budtender brings their own experience and there’s no guarantee you’ll find one that matches your needs, but I’m lucky to say he does. Other than being a good matchup, he’s got extensive knowledge on everything cannabis and has great customer service. Big fan, he deserves high praise!
Ryan was so patient and explained many different options. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and personable. My product was perfect with Ryan’s help. Will be back.
I paid $40 plus tax plus a extra fee for using a card and I was supposed to be getting an eighth of an ounce / 3.75 grams. As soon as I walked out the door I looked through the bottom of the jar and it was only one small little piece. I turned around immediately went back inside and the manager took my name and number and said she would call me and do something. That was 3 months ago I think I’ve waited long enough to post this review. When I got home it only weighed 1.06 grams less than a third of what I paid for. I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews and bad experiences and now I know personally they’re all true. I tried to give them a chance anyways and I regret it. The cherry on top was that I could have gotten the same thing for $10 less without the extra fee and I know I would have gotten everything I paid for if I would have went to high-profile. I’ll never go there again and I’ll tell everybody I know never to go there.
UPDATE: NOT ONLY DO THEY STILL SUCK THEY SUCK EVEN WORSE AND AFTER THE OWNER RESPONDED I REACHED OUT AGAIN TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY DID NOT.
I love the convenience of the drive thru! Shangri La always has great deals, selection, giveaways and budtenders! Josh Brady is especially joyful with top notch customer service!
Shangri-La’s people and products are always top-notch! I can’t give 5 stars, however, because I live about a 35 to 45 minute drive from 3 locations, and like to check the website for product availability, which is where my issue lies. The website is one of the worst I have dealt with in navigating and ordering, my most recent order of three items took almost 30 minutes to complete on my mobile phone, due to random page loading, pop-ups and such. Please, Shangri-La, find another website vendor, this one is pretty much useless.
