I placed an order Friday w/o knowing the situation that had happened a week prior to me placing an order. I sent my money via Cash app. The money stayed on processing until Saturday morning, woke up and the transaction was completed, but how when there’s no way I’m getting my product, unless it’s been shipped from somewhere else, and not the actual store. I also have email stating that my order have been received, and will inform me when it’s been shipped (NO EMAIL SINCE). Not knowing if I’m going to receive my package, or have money restored back on my card. Since the process was completed, haven’t had a representative fill me in on the process. I like this place a lot, but when your money is tied up, with nobody to explain my situation has me on edge.
Best vendor out of 5 other local stores and has high quality reasonably priced THCa. Only go here, the lot looks a little shabby but do not discriminate or you WILL miss out. The owner is amazing and has great flower! I switched from my guy and other US vendors for Shatter My Dreams just after my first purchase!
