In a competitive market, you have to have a business model that stands out. I consider myself a conneseuir of the finer things in life, and I have a certain level of expectation that comes with my choices in businesses I patronize. Simple Garden surpassed all the expectations I had. Amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Quality products and prices are reflective of the value you receive. I rarely give 5 stars, based on the ideal that there is always room for improvement. With this place, I can’t find any. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They’ve earned a life long customer.
I am just tickled pink about Simple Garden. This is my first time ordering with them. The shipping was fast as I received my package just 3-4 days after placing my order over the weekend. The website was easy to get around and was also given a discount being 4/20 weekend. I’ll update my review once I have tested the products.
As a years-long customer, there really is no better place for quality product than Simple Garden. I have tried dispensaries across the state/country, and Simple Garden’s product stands with the best of them.
Not to mention, I was treated as family the second I walked in the door, each and every time. A hard 5 out of 5.
The service has been excellent and the product is the same. I had a little issue with unsubscribing from ads, but after the owner was told about it. it was taken care of immediately. The 5-stars is a rare rating from me, but they deserve it!
Absolutely Scammers
I discovered this place about a year ago, and initially had a decent experience. However the past three orders I’ve made were incorrect in one way or another. The 2 ml thca+thcp disposable pods are defective (which I confirmed via phone call that they know, and yet still sell) and on the last order after changing to cartridges instead of fulfilling my 3 cart order sent me 3 of the disposable pods all of which were defective. I contacted them (third time having an issue) and this time they just ignored me entirely. I do not recommend this place and would highly advise you seek your products elsewhere. I feel completely robbed of my money. The only value in this place is they will illegally ship products to places where it isn’t legal, which explains their lack of competence, much like the average drug dealer.
