Horrible customer service at this store. I went there today and the door was locked I was tryna open the door then after the guy opened from inside. And I went there to the counter. Guy started to get angry at me saying I’m not gonna pay for broken door.. idiot there’s no way that door would be broken just like that. There was a girl before me the guy was flirting and speaking soo nice but when I went there the guy started to be angry no manners at all. I don’t understand what’s the problem with people in this country..
Even I was asking help with choosing the weed. But that guy didn’t gave any attention to me.. difference between male and female was clear here..
I have been coming here regularly for the last couple of years. Today Nov 9th around 1pm a very short female also shorted me on my order. I usually buy pre rolls and they have a special of 2.50 EA. I ordered 4 but there were only three in the bag when I got it home. I had seen her take four out of the bin, but I never checked the bag when I picked it up and put it in my pocket. I’m posting this for management as they don’t have an email contact and people like this are why businesses lose customers like me.
I go here regularly and decided to check it out online..Nothing online is what they have in store and tried to order it online a few times and it tells me they can’t complete my order at this time and to call the store..annoyed, just want some good affordable green jeez…
I have been visiting here since the first of this year and they are really great. Specially their staff are to friendly and their new staffs are really great specially Elle because she is their the most time when I visit the store and she is really good at what she does she knows how to deal with customers really good.
