What a fun experience! We weren’t expecting such a welcoming and fun environment. Caitlin was so so informative, helpful, and friendly and made the experience even more fun and easy. Awesome spot!

Lucas was great! Super helpful and sold me a proxy attachment that I’ve seen in other stores for much more. Reasonably priced. Love their dab bar as well downtown (they’ve got coupons in store to use!!). Come visit!! Great products and great service
This location and the east ridge location are my two favorite ones to visit. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of every strain in the building. I simply tell them what I would like or what i’m in the mood for,and they have at least ten to fifteen suggestions every time. Snapdragon is the only seller I will buy from. The owner is also extremely friendly and down to earth. Thank you, snapdragon, for always being courteous and kind.
🟢 Redbank Snapdragon
I’ve been a loyal customer of Snapdragon and have visited every single location, but the Red Bank Snapdragon is by far the worst. I typically overlook minor issues, but this location has been consistently disappointing.
First, the parking situation is atrocious—not because of lack of space, but because the prime spots are often taken by people who seem to be loitering inside rather than making substantial purchases. As someone who spends a significant amount of money here, I find this frustrating.
A little about me: I’ve been enjoying cannabis for over 20 years and am deeply passionate about the plant and the culture surrounding it. At 33, I see it as more than just a product—it’s a family tradition and part of my lifestyle. That’s why my expectations for Snapdragon are high, and unfortunately, this location continues to fall short.
🟢 My most recent visit highlighted the worst of it. The man behind the register, who had a tattoo on his head, did not even know the name of the “Poinsettia Flowers on a Vanilla Cupcake” being sold at the store. Beyond this lack of product knowledge, his demeanor was concerning—he seemed incoherent and overly docile, likely due to overuse of the product. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered staff at this location who appear impaired while on the job, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
I was really hoping to leave a positive review this time, as I love cannabis and appreciate what Snapdragon represents. Other locations have treated me much better, especially during the previous employee rotation, which I felt was a step in the right direction. Sadly, the Red Bank location continues to tarnish the reputation of an otherwise great company.
I sincerely hope Snapdragon can get its act together at this location. Until then, I can’t recommend it to anyone, and I’ll be taking my business to other locations that value knowledgeable and professional staff.
