It’s definitely different vibe since they remodeled. Can someone please start ordering a good selection of Grow Science again? I’m a regular at a different place now, but I love Sol. The selection is slim now.
Been a customer since 2017 and loved it here, and starting a week ago I’m NO LONGER A COSTUMER!!! after the renovations they were doing it felt like management swapped over. everyone they were hiring didn’t talk, didn’t recommend things and just seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. Specifically, I remember Kyle always being rude. Don’t know how he’s a manager. the more time that goes by the worst the employees get and quality of flowers is going down and just the ambience is pretty shitty.. should really readjust everything and go back to how it used to be before about three years ago. GO TO MINT Dispensary!! Way better there!!
Went in today to buy half oz of glue ball. The package was open when I went to open it! Dry as hell!! So disappointed! It even had one of those things to make it stay moist. But it was far from that. If it continues to be like this I won’t be back. Please check your packaging we spend to much money to be buying dry weed!
Used to be a daily customer when it was just a whole in the wall shop , and through all renovations, just came in since the double doors opened up . Was greeted with a happy smile and welcome in , but past reception I was unattended and standed around until I just left . Cashiers were more focused on conversations rather than serving the next guests/customer. It has lost my interest as being a customer ,the environment is not what it used to be.
I love Sol Flower. The employees are so caring and willing to help me find what I need. The prices are so good, and that’s a plus.
