Dan is exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the flower, ensuring I was informed of every deal. His personality is the best I’ve ever encountered in customer service. I visited this location an hour earlier and had a one-star experience, leaving without purchasing anything. After trying another dispensary with high prices, I returned and met Dan. He transformed my experience to five stars with his great energy and enthusiasm. Leaving with some good bud and a fantastic customer service experience was a high in itself.
Love the med here, everyone is always super friendly. Wish I could remember her name but she helped me on 02/14/25 in med and rec. Great customer service, you guys rock!

I absolutely love Solace Meds! They are my medical dispensary. Their flower is amazing quality at a great deal. Sarah helps me about 8/10 times when I come in. She is super sweet and caring. It almost feels like I’m not only coming in to buy product, but also have a short visit with a friend! It always brightens my day to see her working!

I’ve been shopping at the smoky Road location for quite some time now just started coming into the Mason Street location. I have friends that work at cava that showed me the new place. Always been a super clean environment super nice people And go back every few days
