Bought two $50 Live rosin cartridges. Opened it and one was more than half empty. Called the store with receipt and proof. They told me there was nothing they could do. I would have been happy with a replacement or even a slightly discounted purchase so I could have what I wanted. Oh well. Simply won’t shop here again.
1st time, and I will be back. Ordered online and order was ready way before I was! Erika is awesome, made sure everything was there and correct, and got what wasn’t. Plus, great personality and made me laugh on a not so great (atm) day. Needless to say, it was all highly appreciated!
Super easy site to order ahead on. Location is easy to get to with ample parking. Staff were super friendly and got me on my way quick. Store was nice inside! Enjoyed the plants by the window.
Disappointed. I saved up 2000 points and began redeeming them. I had more than enough points to purchase the 200 point reward the woman said I wasn’t able to use my points until I’ve reached 300. I was previously at 2000 the lowest reward is 200 points. This place has a few excellent employees. But than it also has a handful of employees that are so awkwardly judgemental with the way they interact with customers. You should remove the ones that are bad customer service reps. Honestly it’s the females not all of them but if I had to compared them to the male employees don’t even have to think twice who provides better customer service the men always seem to have better manners out of the employees who work here.
