Well it’s the most expensive cannabis store I have ever seen and I have lived everywhere in Canada almost. Bought a weed vape there and it won’t even charge so I am out my money. I am in the hospital down the street from there and was gonna bring more people there because it’s close not for price. But now I am gonna go out of my way to see that nobody makes that HUGE mistake that I made. It’s a cancer hospital lol. Not the smartest business owner out there that’s for sure. Support what you sell or don’t sell it.

I was not disappointed at all! Carrie was so welcoming and very knowledgeable. The place was clean and had an easy to read display for the products.
I would recommend this place and come back again 🙂
In the past I would have gave this place a 5 but I made a online order then was called and told that a driver wouldn’t deliver with no tip.
(There was no tip option at time of purchase) the tip option that is offered is after you make the order and asks how the delivery was. (They charge a $5 delivery fee) The store canceled it and I went in a bought the same thing with the understanding that my money would go back to my account within 3 to 5 business days. Well that was on October 11th 2024 its now the 23rd and I still don’t have my refund. I called the store was basically told to bad and to call my bank. ALSO while I was in the store another man came in for the same issue. I would suggest SPARKLE to stop offering delivery since the driver(s) don’t want to deliver unless paid what they see fit. SPARKLE YOU OWE ME $24.84
Don’t recommend this place at all waste of money. Stay away. Bought a pen that never worked when I asked for refund they told me to contact company for a sorry gift. Terrible experience do not go. Deserves 0 stars. While being loyal customer weekly.
Dont recommend this place after they can’t even refund or replace my pen i bought from them with proof of receipt. Whoever was working called the manager and didn’t even handle it professionally, kept asking what device it attached to and saying that it’s been sitting for so long and that’s why it’s broken & that they have the same pen. I was told to contact the company itself and they this dispensary is a small owned business so they can’t do anything for me all they offered to do was write the phone number of the PURA VIDA LEGACY. Simply don’t waste ur time going there and save the money because they can’t even refund or help, deserves ZERO star.
