“I visited the store on January 4th around 10:22 PM. The staff member, who introduced himself as Alen, was unexpectedly rude when asking for ID. While I understand the need to check identification, the approach was unnecessarily impolite. As a 26-year-old, I feel it could have been handled with more courtesy. A little politeness goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. Thank you.”
