Beside Nick and Chris, customer service is extremely poor… Not hard to be slightly more welcoming. In addition to poor knowledge of products this Spiritleaf struggles compared to the rest of the franchise… Not sure why the website for you guys still won’t load a single product… extremely lazy employees. Please make a change
Well, first off, pretty expensive prices. My first visit time I went in the guy behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was there, and complained about how he has to deal with shipment. I had placed an order on dutchie, and never got confirmation my order was ready, and he just told me Dutchie doesn’t notify them when there are orders. Gave him my name, and then he tried to ring me through for someone else’s order that was more expensive. Honestly, he just seemed miserable and needed a break….
Nick at spirt leaf is the best employee there he is always so helpfully. And has just what I’m looking for if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t go there always so happy 😀
