Very unsatisfied with service .I had mentioned that I am new to the whole experience yet was sold a defective device without warning of this possibility. apon discovering mine was, in fact, defective but was not made aware that it was in my best interest to keep packaging and recite. So I’m stuck with a 35$ pen. I have to hair dry before using🤦
