Staff don’t really seem to care to much about customer service. Asked for pre rolls and got bud instead. Not sure if the guy working there even knew what a pre rolls was. Extremely annoyed I paid that price when I didn’t have papers to roll
Very safe and friendly. Love the guard doing ID checks for an added layer of security. Just wish they would sell weed products like cones, pipes, bongs, carrying cases, etc.
Security guard targets me everyday insisting my I D even though he sees me every day. I see many other regulars he let’s in but always me he pulls aside despite me coming everyday. He’s targeting me directly. Even after trying to speak to him and the employees there, no one has respect for me, there all little Karen’s over there. Forget this place not to mention overpriced. I won’t be extorted and disrespected in one visit.
EDIT: I decided to change my review and give 4 stars because the staff have responded well to the criticism. Maybe I just have high standards because I worked in customer service for so long. Anyway, no hard feelings I hope.
Not the best cannabis and the pricing is ridiculous nowadays you can buy pounds of weed for 4 to 500 dollars it just doesn’t make sense to be paying $200 for an ounce or $20 for an eighth that’s outrageous
