Good quality always. Not the best service of the many locations I’ve been to but still good and up there!
The security guards are lovely and I usually have a good experience but the salesperson today was incapable of recommending a budget indica or give any advice. It was a really awkward and unpleasant interaction where I felt like I was forcing him to tell me about their products (which he dodged at every turn).
Staff are nice and that’s the only reason I give 2 stars. Store layout (at all locations) is absolutely GARBAGE. How are you supposed to shop like this? The brands are unable to stand out, the products are shoved into these sterile bins with no signs of a logo. Where is it grown? What were the growing methods? Truly baffling to see such a bad system that doesn’t allow brands to differentiate themselves. Also 12-5 hours on a Saturday?? Age 21 to buy? Ok QC but we can drink at 18 and buy booze at any store until 11pm – but we’ve adopted and glorified the most dangerous drug in the world (alcohol) while holding onto stigmas around cannabis. This isn’t how it should be. Look to BC who allows independent retailers (better for economy) who can curate their menu and actually support smaller micros who are actually growing the best cannabis. Truly a shame to see such a fall down – do better, Quebec.
