Updated review: Now also closed Saturdays, making this location officially inaccessible for anyone with a standard schedule. Combined with the horrible atmosphere outside… To be clear this is not a statement against the rights of employees to strike, rather just a review of the quality of service available in the current scenario.
Great service, when it is open. Unfortunately the store is generally inaccessible due to limited hours. If you work a standard 9-5 shift weekdays then you have only 12-5pm on Saturdays to stop by, as they are closed Sundays.
Sometimes when you manage to make your way over during the scheduled hours, they are closed regardless.
Quick and efficient service even during peak times. There’s around 5 clerks that rotate in and out clients at a good pace. The actual interaction takes around 10 seconds, and questions are answered with speed and accuracy. Very nice service!
It’s an amazing place. Staffs are not only friendly, they guide through right product based on customer requirement. Very friendly and well behaved staffs.
The staff here are easily the worst, nastiest and uneducated on cannabis in Montreal.
When asking for a product I shouldn’t be spoken down to and ignored, I shouldn’t have to explain what rosin and resin are to someone working at an SQDC. It’s beyond any sound logic someone working at a government dispensary people are injesting can’t explain in any detail.
I also shouldn’t be told a product isn’t there when the website says there’s 40 of them and zero effect is made to actually go get the items.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced and I’m in the customer service business. After passing the friendly security desk, we were greeted by Jessie M. Jessie was very upbeat, really funny and incredibly knowledgeable. We learned a lot of valuable information from her in a very short period of time. When you leave somewhere thinking more about the experience than the products being sold, that’s what I call great customer service!
