I was rather disappointed in my experience. The selection and products were great but the sales person repeatedly asked me for my cell phone number, after I declined 3 times they proceeded to ask me if I was a cop or a fed. Really? I found it incredibly rude and off-putting. One customer might not mean much to you guys but I just wanted to let you know I probably wont come back after that experience.
And regardless of what the owner says NYS does not require you to give up your personal cell info in order to make a purchase.
This shop had great products and good prices. The men who worked there were very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 2 star rating was because of one female employee who was very rude and nasty. Definitely won’t be going back to this establishment again or recommending for that reason. Too many dispensaries around to get disrespected while spending my money.
I’m happy to be proven wrong, editing my previous review to say that Stage One goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Also thank you for honoring veterans. It’s nice to be recognized.
Just had a staff member walk away from me in the middle of trying to make an order as if I was talking too long for her. So there’s that. Plus the selection is just bogus here. Came in looking for indica and they straight up don’t have any in stock. No deals and the prices are just a bit higher than other dispensaries in the area I noticed. It sucks bc this is the closest one for me, but I won’t be back after tonight’s experience.
recommended. professional service that’s pretty quick and courteous. took about 10 mins. customers ahead of me but dealt with quickly. u order with one employee and then another retrieves it and sells it to u about 5 mins later. bring ID and cash. $38 for one large disposable pen. afterwards, carefully cross the street and get a glimpse of the surprisingly attractive downtown albany skyline.
