10/10 experience. I am personally from Illinois so from the moment of the walk in. It was entirely different vibe. I was greeted by Alex K. He had very good customer service the the hospitality was through the roof. Allowed me to see multiple things over and over and ask many questions with no problem. Very great worker and made me feel comfortable and happy to be in and get what I was looking for. Thanks again 💪🏼
All of the Budtenders are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always have an answer for what I ask about. They teach all staff to have a really good attitude. They have a huge selection of product, offer pick-up and are always available to call despite how busy you see them when you go into the store. I’ve seen the same friendly faces for quite some time at this location and Cloud9 offers a discount next door if you bring receipt. Overall a great experience.
Love the selection and staff here! Byron and Jennie are amazing! They always give the best advice and will get you the most pot for your money! Jennie is very knowledgeable about not just marijuana but also with the specials and how to maximize your dollars.
Man, I go out of my way on the other side of town to hit this place up. Top notch service! I screwed up and accidently bought cartridges ( like ALOT of them) and didn’t realize they weren’t the disposables I wanted. Pavkages are ide tical, slightly dofferent in size 🤦♂️🤷♂️.Well they hooked me up with a mod(battery) and I bought more as backups, which they have a new one that’s bite sized! So to say the least, I spent a couple hundo thinking I royally screwed up and ended up much happier with my screwup from earlier today.
