Austin was awesome . He went out of his way to help me look for what I needed . He took his time to help me research for the product the was best for me. 10 out of 10 customer service. Very sweet guy!

Sidney was super nice and helpful! Especially given that they were working through a blackout! It’s also pretty amazing that this was one of the only places open during an outage. Seeing the store in the dark with only the ceiling stars was a neat experience.
Jimmy was a warm welcome from a ling weekend. He had insight on my order and products and assured i had all the proper essentials. Plus his outfit was banging!! See you next time!
I went to Stiiizy today (1/27/25 at 10:52 AM) and left completely disappointed. The service was terrible, which was shocking considering the store was practically empty—just two customers besides me. All I wanted was two pods, but the employee helping me, Tonie, just stared at me until I spoke up. I understand people have bad days, but when I’m walking into a store with no rush, I expect at least a basic level of service.
To make matters worse, when I was purchasing my pods, Tonie took my ID, looked at it, and asked me if it was expired. I wasn’t going to be rude, but the security guard had already scanned my ID without issue. If Tonie knew how to properly read an ID, they would’ve been able to figure that out themselves.
Ironically, the only person who made my experience remotely pleasant was the security guard. He was polite, professional, scanned my ID, and still managed to be friendlier than the staff inside. Honestly, he’s the only reason I’d even consider coming back to this location.
Stiiizy, if you care about customer retention, it might be time to reevaluate your staff training. This was an utterly disappointing experience, and I expect much better from your brand.
