Nice new Strain Stars in Riverhead! Bret was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly. Nice and clean, lotsa selection. Great location, but give yourself some space to pull in. It’s a tight turn in with an island to separate incoming and outgoing traffic. The cars behind don’t anticipate that you need slow quickly for the entrance.
This place is amazing! The staff is super helpful and friendly and the selection is top notch. Briana is a legend! She helped me out today and hooked me up with a great selection of some of the best stuff I’ve ever had! 10/10
Wow! Used to go to the Farmingdale location which was over an hour round trip. Did not know they opened this one. When I walked in I was a little lost. Brian came up to me and was excellent in customer service and was just a cool guy. He gave knows the product and went over multiple options with me as I was unsure what I wanted. This is definitely my go to spot now I am very happy with the amount of products and the staff. Excellent experience.
Amazing place. Super-clean and thoughtful. Great staff and of course, an amazing range of products. I was helped by “Justin”, he was extremely helpful, polite and engaging. He was able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns. I will definitely recommend to friends or anyone else for that matter. I will be a returning customer as the quality of the products I purchased were also top notch!
Kai was awesome. He found the best product for me and explained it very well. He recommended additional products, which I purchased as well. The store is beautiful, and the customer service was even better. I can’t wait for my next trip to the store. I will seek out Kai for help.
