I’ve been a loyal customer at this dispensary for the past year since Nirvana closed, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. I recently purchased a Puffco Hot Knife from your store, and it was completely defective—right out of the box, it didn’t work at all.
When I returned to get a replacement or a credit, your staff shrugged me off and told me to deal with Puffco myself, as if it wasn’t your responsibility. Meanwhile, you charge nearly double the price Puffco does on their website for the same product. So not only was I overcharged, but I was also scammed into buying something that doesn’t even function—while your staff couldn’t care less.
I bought this from your store because I didn’t want to wait for shipping. Big mistake. Congratulations—you’ve lost a loyal customer and earned yourself a well-deserved one-star review.
I stopped in just to check out the store and see what they have and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of customer service. They were really helpful, informative and Bryan was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and explained the difference between each product. I definitely will be coming back.

I’ve been a regular at this dispensary for the past year since Nirvana left. I recently bought a puffco hot knife from this dispensary and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve had at a dispensary. I was sold a defective product that does not work.
After I came back to complain/return the product to get another one, I was told that I need to contact puffco for a replacement and that They couldn’t do anything about it.
To reiterate, you charge double the price for the hot knife compared to what puffco charges on the website, you then sold me a defective product that does NOT work, and lastly your staff didn’t care that I was scammed.
I bought the product through your company because I did not want to wait for the shipping. Congratulations not only did you lose a regular customer, but earned yourself a 1 star review.
