I had called earlier to see if I had enough of my referral to participate in a deal Sunnyside was offering. Savannah was able to confirm and set up an order over the phone. When I arrived Rey assisted me on finalizing my order when the system ran into a problem. I decided to wait for their IT department to correct the issue but took a bit longer than expected, nonetheless, Savannah offered to honor my order with different items that I was highly satisfied with. Thank you again for all of your help with this, it made my day a hell of a lot better and I am very thankful.
