I have been coming here religiously since 2020 and abolustely love this dispensary! I have not only never had anything less than a fantastic experience, but I often leave there laughing and with a smile on my face – even before medicating! The crew that works here is top tier – so so nice, informative, and just geninuely good people! I’ve never gotten a bad/broken product (like a pen/cart) and the flower is always amazing! HIGHLY recommend.

Waited quite a long time for my online order even though the lobby was empty and I was the only patron. Could be quicker…. However the budtender was excellent and made up for the wait.
Slowest dispensaries in Pittsburgh by far. I don’t understand how it can possibly take this long. This is a huge deterrent for me. Liberty is literally in and out. I’d pay extra to not wait which is what I do. Anyway.. fix your process. It’s 2025. Every dispensary has great product and people, let’s fix customer experience.
My first time at LV’s store and Jerry was a huge help. He patiently sat me down and explained the best way to manage my medical needs. He spent a good amount of time with me and he didn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions he’s probably constantly answer. Like the other Sunnyside locations I’ve been to, this one is also fantastic.
