Absolutely my favorite location, I literally drive 35 mins each way to come here because the location closer to my home sucks. Everyone here is friendly and so welcoming. I enjoy my interactions, even down to being greeted by name as I come by tenders like Cobi! Thank you for always making me laugh and smile.
Cobi never fails to greet and treat me and everyone like a best bud. He even remembered my name – which is pretty incredible when I don’t have a common name or wear a name tag lol Everyone in this store is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable about the spectrum of products and never make you feel rushed or like an inconvenience when you show up at the end of the shift. From security/check in to the queue then exchange – the energy is always upbeat but professional. I love that the entire staff makes the overall experience That much more enjoyable.
But the parking lots sucks (@cityofwestreading or @cityofwyomissing )

I came into the location today to exchange a product that was not working. The whole experience was easy, quick and pleasant. The manager Em came out and addressed my concerns and immediately resolved the issue. She was hands down AMAZING from her professionalism to her knowledge I felt like I was given 5 star care and couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you for all your help Em.
