Customer service was top tier. Product was cheaper then most and great quality as well
Will be back
I’ve shopped ALOT of stores all over Indy and have always just settled. Supherbs has the best raw flower and prices in Indy hands down! Super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you stop in!
Stopped in while in town to grab a disposable. Homeboy behind the counter looks and speaks to me as if he is inconvenienced because he had to stop what he was doing to help me. When it came to the product that I was interested in he couldn’t even tell me about the product. Once I paid for my product I asked if I could wait in there on my Uber. His response was “yea I’m about to close and I got to count the drawer and nobody can be in here. Meanwhile their website states they close at 8:00pm and the time while this interaction was happening it was 7:20pm. Hopefully the product is good because the service was horrible! Learn your product and how to provide good customer service my dude.
Words cannot do this place Justice for how amazing they are prices are perfect the herb is amazingly colorful I’m so glad that we have them . I definitely suggest everybody to try their rolls. (Red)
Dude was very informative, can’t beat the prices with a big stick. I will be back. Great customer service as my cards were acting up, but good conversations 👍🏾
