As a regular customer, I would like to give a shout out to Courtney. She is always extremely polite and professional. Having well-rounded knowledge on products. I’ve never been to a dispensary before and while I have several dispensaries in my area I decided to try out Surterra and I’m so happy that I did. When I walked in the place was so clean and the employees greeted me with smiles. I was so nervous because it was my 1st time but an employee named Z made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and she explained everything in simple terms to where I could understand it. I also noticed that the other employees working there were also friendly to all the customers that came in. Overall it was a great experience and I will be back. I wish Google would let me give 10 stars because Surterra deserves it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Being my first time at Suterra and partly frustrated (by the relatively ineffective products I’ve purchased from various dispensaries around Tallahassee), I was greeted by Z! Intelligent, informative, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. I can’t stress enough the appreciation for a Budtender who takes the time (during what seemed like a rush) to effectively, politely and proficiently not only answer my questions, but give me some great suggestions along with options plus inform me about the current deals! I’ve yet to try the (Extra Strength Theragels), however no matter the outcome I’ll still not only come back to Surterra for the amazing deals, but the exceptional customer service from Bud-tenders like (Z)! Thank you (Z)! You rock!👌🏾 Btw… the reason for four 🌟s is because I haven’t tried the actual product yet, however (Z) gets five stars!
