I came in after I renewed my card and I was assisted by Jalen shortly before the store closed with a fairly large order. They were quick, sweet and extremely helpful. The fowler location is by far best Suterra location
Just after receiving my approval by the State, I visited Surterra. I was assisted by Jalen. She was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful! The store is visually appealing and the staff is excellent! I’ll be back!
Taylor is the fricken best!!!! Her energy is infectious and she made me feel so welcome and heard. It can be hard when you are trying to figure out what you need, but she didn’t make me feel rushed and had so much knowledge on the products. It’s hard to find employees like her but she made my whole night. Adam was also so kind and welcoming and supportive. Shoutout to this team, I will drive past many other dispensaries for the customer service I have always gotten when shopping here.
This is my favorite dispensary hands-down. The last two times I’ve gone to this location, I’ve been helped by the most amazing budtender. Jalen is not only a glowing personality, but absolutely brilliant. Always prepared for every question I have, and has all the information down to memory. You can tell when someone is dedicated to their job. I will return regularly.
