I am a frequent patron at this specific location, and have been for over a year now. I’ve literally NEVER had any complaints…. until now. I went in a few weeks ago and made a purchase and was informed of my available points, $20, but opted out of using them…. wanting to build them up to cash in on my birthday in a few weeks. When I went back a few days later, the points were gone. I spoke with a couple of people there, and while they saw that I hadn’t used points recently, they had no answer for what happened to the ones that disappeared. One of the main reasons that I love Swade is because of their point system. Again, this is really the only complaint I have…. I’m now no longer comfortable with letting my points build and will use them every time going forward.
Was online shopping for hours before I remembered about swade, was searching everywhere for the best deal. Ended up at Swade in the grove I purchased a gram of melted strawberries sugar wax and 100mg body lotion. I got unbelievable deals plus they found a significant coupon plus my low income on my medical license, and special for it being a medical patient day to get a discount. I love that all the discounts can be staked, not all places will do that common courtesy!
Also very kind vibes as soon as you walk into the store. Definitely be shopping here again; will also be checking this place first from now on.
I came into Swade not knowing what to expect or how to go about my purchase. The places was super clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. Specifically, I consulted with Joe. He gave me multiple options and the most helpful advice. The products I purchased from Joe were all awesome and I cannot thank him enough for helping me to navigate the situation! I will absolutely be back to Swade and hope to see Joe at my next visit!!
Prices were super reasonable and you get perks immediately for joining their loyalty program! Joe helped me out and he recommended a couple of things that we’ve been loving. Highly recommend!
I had the most excellent experience ! I felt very safe and comfortable checking in . Upon entering the employees were very quick to welcome us and offered help immediately . Checking out I was rewarded with a gift for being a first timer! I will definitely be back. I HIGHLY recommend !!
