am writing to share my feedback regarding an interaction I had with the retail manager at your Sacramento dispensary today. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always appreciated the friendly and helpful service I’ve received from everyone at your establishment. In fact, I’ve consistently recommended your dispensary to others.
However, my experience today was unfortunately quite different. I encountered a level of rudeness and disrespect from the retail manager that I found very disappointing. I’m not sure of his name, though he was quick to point out his position as manager. He was a slim Asian man wearing glasses.
While I understand that everyone has difficult days, the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. I believe in listening to customers and understanding their needs, rather than making assumptions.
I am sharing this feedback not necessarily expecting any specific action, but because I value your dispensary and believe it’s important for you to be aware of this interaction. I hope that this feedback can be used to ensure that all customers have a positive experience in the future.

Steven did a good job. after I paid I mentioned that it was my first time there and he took the time to redo the transaction so that I could get 20% off for my first visit. the flower was great. I was skeptical seeing that it was rated @ 37.29% THC but, it may be some of the strongest cannabis I’ve ever smoked. decent prices on a lot of their inventory. I’ll definitely go back. Thanks guys
Jacob rang me up today. he’s awesome too. everyone there is great except for maybe one person that has a little bit of an attitude issue but, I haven’t seen him in a couple weeks. THIS IS THE BEST CANNABIS RETAILER IN SAC HANDS DOWN!!! you may be able to find better one-time deals at other places to get you in the door but, symbiotic has the best price and quality vendors consistently for real. and when they have deals/bogos they’re usually better than other places too. The early bird special has saved my life numerous times when I am scrounging for change. they also manage to have higher THC content flower than most places if you have a high tolerance like me. do yourself a favor and stop shopping delivery and the other retailers in Sac. check out the online menu before you go in so, you have an idea of what you want or you could be in there for an hour trying to find something. this is more relaxed for you and also helps the employees and the people waiting in line behind you. No place is perfect so, I gotta add this…
Recently I had a frustrating experience there but, like before, I think it’s just one rude employee so, I’m not going to change my rating just for that but, one bad apple can spoil the bunch. I’m still loyal but for real, I don’t go as often. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable because I’m afraid I might blow up on a disrespectful person and get banned. I spent over $20k there up to this point. Shyt’s sad

Symbiotic Sacramento was beyond anything we had expected. We are from Hawaii where we thought we knew something about weed…on our visit to the mainland we googled dispensary and SymSac had a good review and was the closest according to our phone’s ai. The prices were reasonably low and it was easy to navigate and had a good variety of Products we were familiar with. Unfortunately we could not purchase as many items as we had wanted but we were given a generous black friday discount that made us feel appreciated. We were slightly put off by the location but soon were impressed with the sheer volume of happy smiling patrons visiting the facility. They were from all walks of life in all shapes and sizes. It was awesome to witness. I hope Hawaii gets more on board with the recreational side of this lucritive production. Aloha
Nick A. was the “budtender” that helped me to choose a tincture for back pain that would not make me feel high or unable to function.
He also helped me choose a gummie that will help with sleep.
Nick A. was very pleasant to work with and did not make me feel rushed into a decision. This was my first time here. I’m not sure what I was expecting the dispensery to look like, but it was pretty plain and straightforward. I will shop here again when the time comes.
Hopefully I will receive the same great service and knowledge that Nick provided.
