Great first time experience. Placed my order online, was ready on time, then Zach was a big help explaining battery types to me for future purchases an great tips on how to take care of them. Was very personable and sweet too! Everyone was very kind and it was a great atmosphere. Definitely won’t be my last time going an highly recommend!
I recently stopped in to pick up a few things. Check in was super quick and I went back directly after confirming my identity. I was in line for maybe two minutes before I was called to check out. The tender that waited on me was very knowledgeable about the products available and seemed truly invested in getting me what I was seeking. He even made a great recommendation on a device that I was searching for but not carried by Terrasana. Great job by all involved in providing a super experience.
Absolutely wonderful atmosphere. Budtenders are super knowledgeable and welcoming. A little pricey but easily the best product in town.
The SALES!!!! This is the ONLY place I go for my desires. The staff are incredible. The entrance and shopping experience is very low stress. Plenty of parking, right off the highway. Again, check online for the daily sales and for sure preorder if you can! 🙂
I’ve had good experiences at this store until today. Right off the bat, the bud tender lectured me about how I shouldn’t sign in when ordering online because it shows my email address instead of name on their computers and they need to see my name. However, the website prompts you to sign in every time and auto-fills all of the ordering info. So, it’s much faster and easier. And it keeps track of your points when you’re signed in. And if that is the case, they should fix their system, right? Apparently he didn’t understand and kept showing me how to fill in the ordering info on his screen and how to compete a purchase without signing in. I mentioned that I wouldn’t sign in anymore(even though that’s the standard way for any company website) but that seems like a glitch in their system and it’s confusing to customers so maybe they should fix the problem. He seemed frustrated, just ignored me and kept repeating himself and showing me how to not sign in. We finally got through that and I noticed the Sat/Sun 20% off “all”(keyword) Neighborgoods discount wasn’t applied to my Neighborgoods order($175-ish total). He informed me that there was already a $10 off monthly discount applied so the 20% wasn’t valid. So, Apparently “all” Neighborgoods products aren’t 20% off and most of their products have an ongoing monthly deal. So basically none of the brands products are 20% off. Makes no sense. So I passed and they didn’t get my money. Odd, backwards way to do business. Not sure I’ll be back, unfortunately. Not a good experience.
