Its a shame what this Company is doing With SB3, they only consider THC a medicine when it comes to filling in their greedy pockets. you will be exposed for the fraud you are in time. FAIR WARNING ABOUT TEXAS ORIGINAL…
I have been a customer for over 3 years.
Last Friday I picked up my prescription for “Sweet Dreams” gummies. That evening when I ate my one dose, I immediately tasted horrible mold and perhaps gasoline. It made me sick to my stomach.
I immediately filled out a contact form but never heard back from anyone.
On Monday, I called and spoke with an agent. They took my information and said they would get back. No phone call. I called back yesterday and spoke with a Chelsea. I was informed I’d get a callback that same day.
No callback until this afternoon.
What I was told was “we are so sorry about you having a bad batch. We have notified our quality control to pull all product from that batch. HOWEVER, we will not refund your money. You will have to sample the product before you leave the store to ensure the product is not tainted.”
I was told to take a regulated controlled substance at the store before I drive.
Pretty insane from my point of view.
My next step is to get in touch with the Texas Attorney General’s office and see if this is even legal.

Wonderful store with an aroma that is noticeable but very pleasant that comes from the back where they cultivate the plants on-site for all of their products. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. The largest dispensery in Texas.
