Okay this might be long

A little over a month ago I came in looking for an oz around 150 & stated this to Abe who directed me to the Ozs but also showed me a bunch of other strains that I could “mix and match” to equal the $150. Cool. I assume this is how it works. I come in another time and explain this to the guy that always has an attitude (I’ve worked in a real dispensary so I know there’s NO way you can be selling tree and angry simultaneously alas…) who gives me the same deal. I inputted my moms number for the rewards and sent her in the following time where they over charged her and made her cry because she felt like she did something wrong. I go in another time, I’m given the same deal. One day I go in for a half (that I assume would be $75) and it rings up $100. I question the girl & she brings Abe out who marks it down to $75 for me. This happens another time. At this point we have spent upwards of $800-$1000 in the store & today my mom goes in for the SAME DEAL that’s been given to us for over a month. Attitude man & Abe make her feel stupid and tell her it’s never been $75 and maybe the owners can give her that deal but not them. Mind you, only reason I’m ordering this way is because of Abe who has tended to me 4+ times. And attitude man has tended to me about 3. But TODAY they decide to dress down my mom about a price THEY had been giving us since we started shopping there. Seems they charge whatever they want and don’t care about returning customers who have been very loyal. Tree also smokes like mid. Will not be going back.

Edit: I had to unfortunately continue going to them. Pricing continued to change, the dude still had an attitude every time I was in there, last time when I had a question about a price difference from the literal day before the guy got a complete attitude with me when I was frustrated w the price change, and then threatened to ban me from the store when he CLEARLY isn’t the owner. Apparently owners can’t find anyone better to work there so they took his side and tried to dress me down today after I’ve spent over 1000 there at this point. Awful establishment. Only good thing about them is Abe & he took the a-holes side too. Shame.

Great atmosphere, store is always clean. The people and the prices are always great. Answer any questions I have about their products. Been to a few other stores and prices are high and people not as friendly.
