Jackie is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is incredibly inspirational , knowledgeable and selfless while also valuing her self worth with humility and grace like no other. Meeting her is a pleasure- having her help you can be life-changing, and calling her a friend would be a treasure for any human. This year a couple days before my birthday asked about getting my birthday discount early since I was traveling out of town for family since my birthday is during the holidays. Was told to check about getting it when I returned.
When I returned I was then told I should have ordered on line on my birthday and they would’ve honored my discount then.

Casey is the BEST and i’m so excited to go into the apothecarium just because I know she’ll be there! The entire staff is always so incredible and knowledgeable, and Casey is absolutely the bee’s knees every time I come in.
It was my first time visiting the store and everyone working here was super friendly/knowledgeable! Casey was especially helpful when I was deliberating between choosing between 2-3 products. I’ll definitely be back soon!
